theses set are quiet expensive and we don't have some at house. i think my daughter is a bit young in time but i think it will be usefull in the futur.

the furnish are exactly the good seize but sometime the chairs are a bit larger than the playmobil one .

I don't look the scale but it's probably 1-24 .

I will take another picture with a playmobil near next time i will go in that shop .

Sure the dolls set can be usefull for people who want to make diaporama with details like karim do with accesories for example .

Hi  sorry I must have missed your message on here  :-\

That furniture does look interesting I think it's more likely 1:16th, 1:24th is very small, couldn't fit a figure in a chair at all.

I've seen a few bit's of 1:16 th but it's rare here the 1:12 & 1:24th are a lot more popular. I'm always on the lookout for furniture but I have to see it in person so I can make sure the size is right. I can't buy dollshouse furniture from the internet unless I've had it before as the sizes can vary a lot in one scale - daft but it does.

Thanks very much for the heads up  ;)

hello Emma ;

i must apologise to be so long ... (i always do the promise i make but it's sometimes long theses days ...) and i just post that today so no problem with the timing to answer !!

i will take picture next time with a playmobil to show you the seize of theses furnitures (probably next month ) , i will also take the information in case you're interesting by box like this to be sure you won't do mistake bying that on the web and to find theses kind of things by yourself , in any case don't hesitate if i can help you (if you want !!) to get information about things like that , it's just my opinion but nothing better than true wood for your wonderfull painting job i see on your blog .

sure it's difficult to buy this if you don't see it by yourself !! you know i'm not a specialist of theses things but i know the seize of a playmobil ! 1-16 or 1-24 : i must admit i really don't know and sometimes it might depend of the seize of the man because it not the same with different label (marque)

Wow! THANKS! This is a great link! Those sets look very nice, and the Spanish is quite easy to read.

Maybe PM will take some ideas from their "productos" and offer more styles of furniture in the future. I especially like the white sofa in the photo by Jeremy at the top of this thread.

Is it possible to offer a similar sofa with a nubby feel of fabric instead of a smooth surface? This would keep the figures in the chair or on the sofa longer before they make that fatal dive to the floor. And it would look more realistic. Even the texture of the SysX wall pieces would be an improvement.

Can you think of any PM surfaces that have a better texture for a fabric sofa? I guess it would be too difficult to make a striped sofa to match the wall/wallpaper colors because that would require painting, which could rub off eventually.

My 3 PM dollhouses are all modern, so PM's newer, modern pieces fit well in them. I especially like the dining, living room and master bedroom sets for the new 5302. My suburban house now has some 5302 furniture, and it looks wonderful there, too.

Cheers, Pgal

The sofas from the victorian dining room sets are kind of rubbery so the klickys stay on if that's more what you're looking for.   :hmm:

Thanks! So if we could only get PM to make modern sofas/ottomans out of the same less slippery material that would be great. Texture always adds to a scene. Some throw (small) pillows for the sofa would also be wonderful.

And some fabric drapes and carpets would also be very cool while we are dreaming! What the heck, Pgal!
