You fight with the strength of many men, Sir Knight
(http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/x335/Baldthar/DSC02544.jpg)
I am Arthur, King of the Britons.
I seek the bravest and the finest knights in the land who will join me in my court at Camelot.
You have proved yourself worthy. Will you join me?
You make me sad.
So be it. Come, Patsy!
None shall pass.
What?
None shall pass.
I have no quarrel with you, good Sir Knight. But I must cross this bridge.
Then you shall die......
I command you, as King of the Britons, to stand aside!
I move.... for no man!
So be it!
Now, stand aside, worthy adversary!
'Tis but a scratch!
A scratch? Your arm's off!
No, it isn't!
Well, what's that then?
I've had worse.
You liar!
Come on, you p%$^!
Victory is mine!!
We thank thee, Lord, that in thy mercy -
(http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/x335/Baldthar/DSC02557.jpg)
Come on, then.
What?
Have at you!
You are indeed brave, Sir Knight, but the fight is mine!
Oh, had enough, eh?
Look, you stupid b%$^&*. You've got no arms left!
Yes I have.
*Look*!
It's just a flesh wound.
Look, stop that!!!
Chicken!....Chicken!!
Look, I'll have your leg
(http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/x335/Baldthar/DSC02561.jpg)
Right, I'll do you for that!
You'll what?
Come here!
What are you gonna do, bleed on me?
I'm invincible!
...You're a loony.
The Black Knight always triumphs!!!
Have at you!!!
All right, we'll call it a draw.
Come, Patsy!
Oh, oh, I see! Running away, eh? You yellow b#$%^&*!
Come back here and take what's coming to you! I'll bite your legs off!
...end of the scene...

  :lol:I've got tears running down my face here. Sad thing is, while the dialogue was still sensible I already had the script running through my head anyway (I've been surpressing it for weeks with all this talk of k-nig-hts).
Priceless. Thank you very, very much
More please

Too bad a klicky had to be harmed, though. :( :P

Could you pehaps also do the scene at the end; the attack on the castle and the police arresting the "lunatics"? I'd love to see that in Playmo-version...

Well done! (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v321/luwerner/gif/clapping.gif)

Guess what I'm watching now!!
OK, I'm not, but I will do this evening because Isaac probably isn't going to get much of it unless it's visual humour because he's too busy multi-tasking. However, I have specifically shown him the "none shall pass" scene, and then brought him up to the computer to see the Playmobil version. It is, he says "awsome"
-
Great stuff Sir Wolf!! This is one of my favorite films EVER!!!
Thank you for recreating this wonderful scene!
-
You need to up the ante here, Wolf Knight. I've just been looking at the back of my DVD, which has a bonus DVD with it, and I see there is the Knights of the Round Table/Camelot song performed by some horrible little Leg(http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Disgusting/vomit-3.gif) people
They must be vanquished :knight:

   Great story, Panos! Thank you.
-
Soooooooo cool! Panos, when I read the title of this thread I started laughing already! I always thought it would be a good story to tell with clickies but...please, tell me you had a pair of legs with one foot already broken!?
I'd like to see the killer rabbit shattered by the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch now, please!
Thanks, Panos, that was fun.
Nice crest on Arthur, by the way. ;-)
Cheers,
Arnaud

Yes, I already had the one foot broken pair of legs, It was broken after a lot of strain after a dismantling of a klicky and kept it as a back up... you never know when you're gonna need a broken playmobil part ;) But I had to brake the other foot off...

You're welcome Gordon!

Thank you for such a great story, Panos, one of my favorites, but done in style, Playmobil style that is!

Lovely story, though sadly lacking in shrubbery. We will have the bunny scene in time for Easter? ;D
-
... Trouble is you can't get playmobil people to do the can-can!!
So you say... ;D
-
Actually I am absolutely certain someone did a can-can custom a few years ago. Not sure who it was, but it was well done.
-
Yeah.... I was thinking the same thing. I'm certain I've seen that somewhere.... *searching* Here we go! It was Daniela, of course! http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=3783.0 She's really great, such a good idea to use the soccer player!

I'm digging this thread for two reasons: 1- it was awesome! And 2- for the benefit of Gaspodfreud who might have missed it!

Arnaud : what do you mean by "the benefit of gaspodfreud"
-
Oh, this is from a film? I thought you were making a jest at Arthurian legends.

I have not. :hmm: I didn't know this a scene in the film. I guess that I've avoided the film for fear that they are making too much fun of the medieval period.

@jérémy: In French: à l'intention de (au bénéfice de, mot à mot, mais c'est moins correct).

Pynedor : here it is : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3g-g2yYR6Jk
Arnaud : thanks , you're better in english than me ...
Wolf knight : i won't post my old pictures , i hope you will like the new one !! ask Arnaud , we have the same idee on the same time !! (it's to say i like this scene too !!)
-
It's a nice movie, just don't take it too seriously. :)
Worth the watch. Theres comedies about the modern day a plenty, so theres no harm in having it set in medieval times for a change. :) Works nicely for Knight's tale as well.

life is not serious , people are like in a theater in their own life . I think they aren't less ridiculous than the real knights was !! here's my favorite scene of monty pyton , i like watching that when i feel sad to watch humanity like she's really ....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjjYRAnLlOk have fun !!!
