Ahoy brethren pirates! Happy Talk Like a Pirate (weekend) and all!
Here is my custom Jack Sparrow. He features painted black pants and brown boots, with pirate shirt and red sash, blue overcoat vest, hand-painted stubble on his face (that is not factory stubble) along with EYELINER, just like the real Jack, earings (I had to cut this head to allow for earings as it didn't have the slot for it), a bandana AND a tricorn hat that can be worn together.
His effects: He has a sword harness, his sword of course, his pistol, and his compass.
And finally, he has a custom goatee made from the front two whiskers of BlackBeard's beard! lol. Just like a pirate to steal from other pirates, eh? Take what ya can, give nuthin back! Arrr!

THank you all :)
I know his goatee area is kinda messy, I just couldn't wait to show him off even though I wasn't done cleaning him up. I have to trim the excess cement (yes yes, I used glue). Also I painted his legs/boots in haste. I'm actually going to purchase the latest regular pirate ensemble set that has a guy with black pants and brown boots and switch it out so it looks factory (instead of my ugly paint job).
And in case anyone wants to make one of their own, you can pretty much piece him together with most generic pirate figures. The only odd part besides using the whisker's from a playmo beard for his goatee is you have to use a tubby playmo pirate's sword harness in order for it to fit over the vest AND accomodate his pistol. It won't fit perfectly, so you kinda have to shape it by either bending it and/or taking a hair dryer to it while bending it to shape. Also, to get the tricorn to fit over the bandana, you have to cut the top of the bandana off. I don't believe earings were meant to go under this particular hair (also from BlackBeard), but you can make it fit if you just push hard, lol. Lastly, i used a sharpie pen to create stubble (although you can also use a klicky that already has stubble on it) as well as eyeliner around his eyes.
