I think it is brilliant, but it is a little glitchy...
Did you use "photos" or pictures in a sequence or something close to that,
Which is why it could be glitcy? ???

Hmmm ... It doesn't seem to be "glitchy" at all on my computer, WoT.

My computer is probably just being slow.... ::)

His hat does not more before his body on anyone else's computer?

Yes.  His hat moves before his body.  Still pretty cool though.

I'm using Firefox on a Macintosh and the hat and body move together perfectly!

Wonder why y'all are having problems?

Probably because we are using Internet Explorer... or atleast I am.

it is a movie in Flash , maybe that helps

I started with a stop motion photoshoot
then every shot was drawn by hand on the computer with Illustrator

with FlahMX I builded the movie picture by picture
