I've just voted again today and we're back in 1st place :yippee:
it appears he's still on the first place
so, another vote should keep him there a bit longer
Bogro
I'm still voting daily,
although the pop-up screens are playing havoc with the computer and freezing it up each time so I have to keep going into task manager and ending everything and closing the internet down and restarting it 8}
If Bundesbank has cottoned on to the fact that they might get beaten by a comparatively tiny toy company, they've probably asked all their employees to vote every day on their computers at work.
They're doing worse than that, Martin!
They're not just voting for Bundesbank, they're also voting against Playmobil! (Yes, it's possible to vote for or against as many of the 93 companies as you want during EACH voting session!)
And, they're CHEATING!
(I've finally figured out how they're doing it.) ... :doh:
Using Firefox as the browser ...
First: All they have to do is vote for Bundesbank, then vote against Playmobil.
Second: Then ... All they have to do is go to Firefox "Preferences", click on "Privacy" in the menu, then click on "Show Cookies", select focus.de and click on "Remove Cookies".
Third: Vote again. And, if they keep closing Firefox, they can vote again and again and again ...
And, unfortunately, it may not be just Bundesbank employees. For all we know there may even be members here that are voting against Playmobil.
Don't ask me why anyone would do that. It would be really stupid when we have so much to gain!
All the best my friends ... And, please keep voting (http://www.focus.de/finanzen/news/manager-ranking/user-ranking-wie-gut-sind-deutschlands-manager_aid_376668.html?surveyItem=669)!
Richard
(The only cookies I know anything about are the ones I bake for the produce fair :lol:)
Those are the BEST kind, Elaine ... :klickygrin:

it seems to me that this voting has created a frenzy that is dragging some of us to places that are not at all pleasing.
:hmm:
the majestic plural doesn't suit you richard, my friend. :)
... and the doubt that you leave "gliding" in the air doesn't suit you either. :)
i know that sometimes it can be hard to deal with frustration but to turn this matter into a "war" won't help.
i can't accept that if someone is voting against playmobil we should also retaliate in the same manner.
playmobil is known for the smile in its figures - maybe it doesn't deserve this kind of behaviour.
i am not a computer specialist (far from it) but i guess that a modest programmer wouldn't find it difficult to create a program that automatically votes for or against, deleting its steps and doing it all again one tenth of a second later.
is this a "war" that someone would like to win?
what for? ::)
