Title: Takeda (Clan) Shashimono (flags tied to backs of samurai)

made 4 Takeda Shashimono

and a bit of history;
Takeda Shingen fought his most famous Battles of Kawanakajima from 1553 to 1561.
He was most famous for his cavalry charges (made up of transformed samurai archers)
The Takeda clan declined after his grandson was defeated at the Battle of Nagashino in 1575.

I think they represent the red disks in the top picture.
