Is this new stuff for sale, I do not remember any of them being on "last chance" before. I want to order the collectobot, dead mammoth, saber cats, Trex, and a new jet car (ours broke) but they are all out. Is this what is comming in the shipping container for the holiday shopping?

I think that's a yes. It looks like they have gone ahead and put out for sale any 2015 items that have shown up in their warehouse, and listed the rest. So if it's out of stock now I assume they will be getting some later. I know the Future Planet stuff has been on clearance in Germany this year, so they may be sending off the last of it to the export markets to clear out. The main thing is that they have the knight and Pegasus baby bags available as well as the horse and motorcycle series and some of the new duo packs. I think it's a great idea for them to offer stuff as soon as they can, eve if it's not out in a catalog yet.

But what is weird is the bikes are for sale now where as the last chance stuff that has been for sale for over a year is out.

A lot of the 2015 items are now available for sale. This morning, I placed an order for the Western Farm and Prison Tower. Free shipping, used the coupon "123learnwithme" for 15% off, and then there should be the $20 rebate to spend in January. Yahoo! Ya, me too. I wanted to load up on cave women but they are still not in stock. I did put a western order together. Then when I went to make a medieval order, I used the 123 coupon and it would not accept it. I tried on a different computer but as soon as I logged in it would kick it out as "invalid". I guess it's a one time use coupon. I called and had it forced through. Now too look for a new order before the 15th deadline.

Sounds promising....I did not even open those boxes yet and even forgot the coupon until now, thanks....now I think we should find out what is going on, we lost 1/2 Jan. already.

So I called, Andy just got the job so I left him alone. Laz is a manager so I pressed.
Here is what came out.
"the company made no claims as to when the coupon was good for, dates.
It will be sent out via email in Jan. in about a week.
They are very thankful of all the loyal customers who ordered and rest assure no one is being duped.
There will be plenty of time to use the coupon, no not a one week window. "

Discount will be reflected at checkout. No coupons will be accepted after the end date. Coupon valid January 1-February 28, 2015 (offer ends 11:59 P.M. E.S.T.).
Now that looks to me like they said exactly what dates the coupon will be good for. :hmm: ;)

Thanks so much for the info! I never got any further info regarding the "future code". I was getting concerned too since 1/2 of Jan is already gone. I contacted Playmobil the other day..but haven't heard anything. I just thought perhaps I had slipped through the cracks but if I am not the only one that didn't get a code I guess I just have to be patient...which I am obviously not :P

I received my code on January 19th. My only problem is that I can't decide what to spend it on....

On the phone now. Codes were sent and people are using them. If you can not find your code be sure to check you junk folder as the code was sent via email. If still you can not find your code call 1800playmobil and have your order# name and email as they need them to track your code.

I did get mine in an email a week or so ago. I am still waiting to see if they put things on the clearance sale soon, it's about that time of year again.

The $20 coupon code will not count toward your shipping costs BTW... so I had to order $70 worth (less $20 coupon so still $50) to get the $50 free shipping level since the coupon comes off first. So you can't just use the coupon for $20 worth and pay nothing cause you'd still have to pay shipping.
