most of my customs (I have many running at the same time) take more than a year (waiting for parts).....when finished, I normally dont have appropriate old photos to explain each step....
so here are are some at its early and mid-stages;
I did use thicker white urethane bands for my earlier Korean soldiers' inside collars(to represent their white cotton clothes) but in this case, I dont want to raise the outer armour too much.
as for their trousers, the outer skirt will be completed later with matching white PVC stickers, in front and behind
as for their armour, thank you PF (you know who ;) ), I took ages to cut not because its difficult but because its still painfull for me to do so :P
and the legs(showing only 4 here), another PF's....thank you too!

Nice work in progress Cheng! Somehow, they currently remind me of "Sleepy hollow"! ;D
-
It is nice that we are able to watch your customs in early stage!
-
What you do is always interesting cheng, but to see the figures grow bit by bit makes it more so. Thank you for taking the extra time and photos to show us the stages.

thanks PFs!
Arnaud? please tell me which part reminds you of "sleepy hollow"? headless men?
-
Yes of course Cheng! The legend of the headless rider!

ah..here they are (I find that by posting "the making of" here, I'm somehow hurried to continue it ;D otherwise I would have put it aside and do something else :P )
"chinese without chinese eyes"

Ah, me thinks you're gonna need to fix their eyes - at least most of them, right? ;)
(and I STILL think a couple could have THAT hair in brown and blonde... )

or wait till they get tired staring :P
we do see today's young(Asian) men with even completely red hair, too bad they dont have hair dyes in 200BC
...thats what's so special with our PM soldiers...I can update/upgrade/improve them in seconds when we get better parts ;)
