Title: FAO Schwarz Soldiers on sale at TRU in Canada

The tooth fairy made a visit last night which meant a trip to Toys R Us this evening.  Which of course meant a trip down the Playmobil aisle!  Sadly there are no new Western sets but there was a happy little soldier with a bear for only $4.99!  I didn't think they would be coming north or would be $2 cheaper.

TRU in Victoria also had 5955 - the FAO Victorian City Life set!  And this week (until thursday?) all PM sets $20 and over are 20% off.  I was tempted to get 5955 but bought a surprise bag figure insead (a lot cheaper and takes up way less space!).  TRU only had the series 3 boy figures there along with both boys and girls series 2 figures.  That was alright as I bought all of the series all of 3 figures last weekend at my local toy shop.

Great to hear that you guys up in Canada are able to get the soldiers. There too were $4.99 when they hit the market and as soon as they ran out and a month of out of stocks they rose the price to $6.99.
