Post by: cheng on September 22, 2012, 04:20:48
no new collars & not waiting for Geobra,
I finished red-trimming my boxers' clothes (with Arnaud's transfers) and armed with Tahra's Zhang Kun(s)

Cool stuff, cheng.  :) How were these used though? Were they just blunt weapons that were very long, or did they have specific use or skill associated with them?

many kung fu sxhools used them, from shao lin to wing chun(Bruce Lee's 'roots'), I suppose they could kill with head strikes but definitely not effective in the Boxer wars...some Kung fu schools refused to use western guns and also their disciples were made to believe they were bullet-proof  :(
