This is a joint photo story that Chris and I worked on together, showing what klickys think of some of the foods we humans eat. ;)
Here we see one of our klicky friend walking down the road one day....
... when she comes across a strange-looking object apparently dropped there by a human.
Since she cannot identify this object, she quickly runs....
.... and finds the nearest police officer.
He is not sure what it is either, but he has his suspicions. He tells our klicky friend that she should stand back, and quickly radios for back-up.
In a few minutes, a rescue team arrives on the scene.
They have seen this before, and advise everyone to get a safe distance away!
After finding out that this woman actually touched the object, they have her sit down and rest, and call in a hazmat team, and medics.
The team arrives to assess the scene.
A close-up of medics tending the woman.
Hazmat crew getting ready for action.
The crew cuts the hazardous object into smaller pieces.
Then they load it into barrels marked hazardous waste.
The barrels are then loaded onto a truck to be taken to a hazardous waste facility.
The truck pulls away, with a police escort.
Then the site is de-contaminated.
One week later:

Hope you enjoyed this humorous take on the hazards of eating chemical-filled foods. To anyone who enjoys eating Cheetohs, no offense meant!
-
Hahahahahaha! This is great! I loved the part where they chopped it up and hauled it away in drums! The end was great too, especially as someone who eats all organic and real foods!
-
Great collaborative story bb, & Chris! At least Klicky's are smart!
-
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
that was hilarious guys!! I loved the woman had to be attended by paramedics and when they cut it into pieces to take it away. Very imaginative story :easterhop:
I misread one of the first pics... and understood it was human droppings! And then noticed it was something like a Cheetos, what we don't have around here.
:-[ :-[ :-[

Thanks, everyone! Yes, klickys know real food from fake when they see it. ;)

   Gross!
The story was originally thought up using a potato chip, but we decided we needed something even more chemically and fake. So cheetos lept to mind.

Great one, bb and Chris!!! :)9 And very good pictures!!!

I first mistook the medics tending to the woman for priests before I read the accompanying text.
Already seemed a bit grim to me.
-
Great pictures and a lovely story!
Looked at it while eating cheetoh's ....love those :-[ strawberries too btw.
-
 Well, I must admit that after buying a bag of cheetohs so we could make this story, we didn't waste them. ;) I can't have a lot of stuff like that, though, or I get migraines.
Thanks for the positive comments everyone! Glad you enjoyed it!

There are still foods like that that aren't chemical-laden, if you want a snack. I even think they taste better. :)
-
I try to avoid snack foods altogether, except fresh fruit, raw veggies, and low-sodium nuts. Not that I don't give in occassionally. ;D
-
lol very funny story, Bonnie! ;D
i loved the pic when all the fire trucks arrive to the scene - very cool one! 8-)

Fruit-derived snacks are definitely among the best, and it seems your Klickys agree!
-
Great story on a weird thing we are allowed to call food.
-
Question: I think someone has asked before, but where are the red firehelmets from? are they customs?
-
the helmets are from this set http://store.playmobilusa.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-US-Site/en_US/Product-Show?pid=5943&cgid=Rettung

Oh but, lately I've been spotted with a Big Mac on my breath, stumbling into a Cornelle Sanders with a face as white as death,.... I'm afraid someday they'll find me dead stretched out on my bed, with a handful of Pringle's potato chips, & a Ding Dong by my head, oh, I'm a junk food junkie good lord have pity on me!
-
Are you quoting the song, or confessing? :P
-

 What a great story!

Seeing how I attempted to eat a burger of 1,2 kilos a few hours ago, I'd gues I am not always the most healthy eater. :)
Never saw any burger that big though, I just had to try and eat it just to see how far I'd get, I managed to eat half of it before giving up. I wanted to have ice cream for desert and was kind of tired of eating the same thing constantly. It was a good burger though.
Usually I do eat quite healthy, even had a feta salad before starting on that burger. Chips I do like, but I never eat candy. It looks weird and unnatural with all those bright colors.

:lmao: :lmao:
Awesome story! Really funny - and I also love the ending :)
-
:giggle:
A good one! Thanks for the funny story. Klick Kong loves healthy fruit!!!!
-
Thanks everyone!
Good to know that Klick Kong is eating a nice healthy gorilla diet. ;)

Great story , made me laugh !!! and i agree with this message . in fact i am one of those people who oppose strongly junk food food despite some junk food beuing so tasty it drive me crazy BUT me and wife we are both into eating home made food and organic ( not 100% everything though ) and only east out at a very few selected places we know of well
in fact as we are at the mountain home now , apart from saying hello to all from an altitude of 1150m and a fog, we just returned from my friends' local taverna after eating see food etc

Thank you, George.
I'm making it my goal lately to spend less time talking and more time making creative contributions. I have several photo stories planned, so watch this board! It's just a matter of finding time to set it all up during daylight hours.

I have always thought playmobil could be used for pictorial education purposes ;) ;) ;)
-
That does sound like an awesome idea, really. Aside from things like bonniebeth's teaching, it could be applied to history as well. I know that the interactive features on the website attempt this, but a book would be great.
-
I've often thought it would be cool to make your own books for your kids using your playmobil... just like we do photo stories here, but in book form. (What an idea, right? A story in book form!) That way you can read them to your kids even before they're old enough to play with playmobil themselves, sharing your collection with them by pictures and stories.
