I just got back from a business trip and awaiting me was a 75 pound box of stuff I won on ebay. The ebay picture was a bit fuzzy and I was the only one to bid - total price was about $168, so it was a bit pricey for some unknown stuff.
But after opening the giant box, it contain a 4029 train in poor condition - but it does have the locomotive roofs.
A 3958 set, engine, uppr car and western caboose also in poor condition - uprr car is destroyed, see picture.
A transformer with track connector
48 LGB curve tracks, good condition, some tarnish, but only on a few tracks
60 LGB straight tracks, similar condition
1 LGB 30 degree cross over
1 LGB manual left hand switch
1 LGB manual right hand switch
And a bunch of playmobil buildings, most likely imcomplete, but it looks like a colorado station, a freight station, a fort bravo and a sheriff's office. I'm figuring the track is worth over $168, so everything else was a bonus :)
Here's 2 pictures:

Wow, great haul for that price! Congrats!

Congratulations, it's definitely worth it for the track alone. That stuffs ridiculous expensive

Pretty nice deal. Isn't that version of the 4052 supposed to be super rare?

Yes, 4029 is the rare 4052 with US labels and without motor in the tender (http://www.playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=4029).
But super rare is the other loco (the small western loco), sold only 1 year and only in the USA: 3958 (http://www.playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=3958).

the playmobil track powered trains are all getting rarer by the day and so is the LGB track ::)
Looks like they are missing parts, are you going to hunt them down or custom make them?
-
You can still buy all the track @ the LGB website (at least here in europe). Finding it in a store in Belgium is nearly impossible. Shame that the yellow wagon is so destroyed.

I've just finished inventorying all the building parts -
the frieght station 4305 is 95% complete, it's missing five 4-way brace cross connectors, one small foundation and the a few endcaps and top pieces. All the building walls, roof pieces and connectors are there. And I have extra braces and connectors - Yea :)
the fort bravo is about 90% complete, missing some connectors, a one wall corner, the flagpole, stand and flag.
the sherrif's office is about 75% complete, missing railing and top sides
the colorado station is about 70% complete, one missing roof section, 3 roof trusses, the stairs, one base piece, rails, one wall, one wood floor, 3 corner connectors and lots of small pieces - does have the telephone pole and chimney.
No klickies or other accessories.
I'm off to clean up the train stuff and rebuild the engines.
