In the spirit of true adult collectors, maybe we ought to list our five least liked klickies.

My camera is broken, but let me list my five favorite, with pictures later.
I've added comments in tribute to Martin's touching epigrams.

Hello, master Timmy! I tried to link things from PlaymoDB, once, and it didn't work out very nicely ... Maybe it's because Heather sometimes uses gif images, I'm not sure about it ... But it happened so, with me, and it may be happening with many playmofriends, as it's going on with me, right now: I can't see you pics. Only an empty box, with an "x". I'll try from other computer units, but I thought you might use knowing this ...

Good idea on the epigrams! Maybe I'll do this yet, somehow, if I have the chance.

Thanks for sharing your favourite ones, Justindo! :) I'll try to spot them all, in Collectobil, as soon as I have more time ... I've been running a bit, and sometimes my own playmo activities take most of my free time, so I don't spend the time I used to, in Collectobil anymore ...

Pictures might help. But, sometimes, it isn't possible ... :(

See ye around!

I believe direct links to the pictures on playmobdb are disabled because ebay morons were putting direct links into the pictures chewing up the bandwidth.  Now they have to steal the pictures to put in the auctions   ;)

But you can direct link to the set for example:

Well... ...its not too easy with favourite klickies...
If I would have a clear preference, why should I have thousands of them?  :P

I restricted myself to original klickies...
...so my favourites are:
  • The famous blue knight from an easter egg.
        Perfect for this series a unique figure with a beautiful golden imprint on its armor...
  • A handsome Mexican from the Goldmine-Set.
        I just love this man... He goes perfectly fine as a Mariachi as well...
  • Another easter special: This wonderful pirate with a skull-tattoo...
  • The Malteser-Special from Malta... It is an extraordinary nice figure.

Well, I named only four as the fifth place is reserved for all the others not mentioned here.  :yup:

best,
socrates

Hi Socrates, great klickies.  The egg knight must have been a great special.

Hi Gus,

I discovered that as well this weekend.  I'll leave things as is, and try to borrow a camera to take custom photos.

I think they make these digital cameras to go bad after so many years.  Ours is only five years old.

I agree, I've been thinking about this and it's been very difficult.
There are two that definitely have made it but after that it starts to get harder and harder to narrow it down

well gus, now your curiosity will be satisfied.  :yup:
 :love: ...my favourite is the 4911, 2002's easter egg. i don't know why but this was the klicky i most enjoyed buying.
 :love: ... then, there is the classic 3385 (the first pirate, in 1978);
 :love: ... the 3382 form 1986 (he is a bit fat just like me);
 :love: ... the 4917 easter egg from 2006 (i just like the color scheme and the skull);
 :love: ... and a "strange" set, the argentinian / antex 3570 (one of the few sets that totally surprised me when i opened the box, with its odd colors).
they are all pirates, of course (although, "from a distance" i also love other sets from other families).
great idea for a thread tim, thanks.

 :o  I have to say this is the first time I've ever seen Antex mentioned in a favorite Playmo thread. It does look an interesting set though.
