No, I didn't. That's sort of what I meant, though. I don't worry about a few missing features in smf because I am not paying anything for it.

I did compare smf with phpBB when I was first planning to create PlaymoFriends (2005), and at the time I preferred the design and features of smf, so that's what I went with.

Could you guys add twitter to the userprofile fields?

The option has been there for more than 10 days now but you haven't added you twitter link. Don't think anyone else has bothered too either, but perhaps I've just overlooked them.

Maybe that additional field wasn't so necessary after all...

i did add it the same day you put it in. It was also saved.
