The white piece is 30 03 855 from the railway crossing set 4364 and is the rest for barrier arm.

As for the other bits your guess is as good as mine. Though some of the black things do not look playmobil at all. Though I do not collect much of the new stuff and now that some parts are made in China who knows, it could very well all be Playmobil.

This piece is a stick from inside a (ball-shooting) cannon-barrel, the left side sticks out a bit at the end of the barrel  :)
