Those prices are cheap. Wasn't the big dollhouse $200 or thereabouts in the '90s?
In the US ? Yes the 5300 were $200 discounted to $100 when I was buying them in 2004 at brick and mortar stores (usually hidden in back rooms collecting so much dust you could grow corn)
So the price today is reasonable. Geobra can’t really charge much over that seeing as all the dolllhouses are always south of $200
