ROGER BROWNBADIL is a quiet man. He likes to follow the cycle of the seasons calmly. He enjoys life and asks nothing of the future. He plays with his dog and, above all, smokes the excellent tobacco he grows himself. He does not sell it to anyone, and his friends and neighbours sigh when they come to his house and he impregnates them with the aroma of the smoke present throughout the house.
He always has his sword at hand, because he does not forget how much he had to fight for peace in his lands. Thanks to his drive and leadership, he managed to unite the owners of the valley, and expel that troop of looters who were about to raze them all to the ground. Since then, everyone in the valley calls him "The Mayor", and although in reality everyone looks after their own interests, whenever there has been a threat Roger has known how to find the solution. He found the rock under which they dug the year of the drought. The water gushed out and since then they have never lacked water again.
